Opportunity to lead the structural engineering division of a national consultancy in Manchester and with the potential to become the Regional Director (all disciplines), with equity.

We want to hire a Director/ Associate Director/ up and coming Associate Structural Engineer who has a personal brand in Manchester and the attributes to lead. If you have the potential and drive to become the regional director and part-owner of this highly respected practice, that's even better.

• Lead the structural engineering division and contribute to regional leadership within the Manchester office
• Grow and develop the team, aiming to be one of the principal Manchester office leaders
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and drive integrated project delivery

• Technically excellent
• Chartered Member of the IStructE and/or ICE
• Network and personal brand in the Manchester market
• Understanding of and commitment to employee engagement and effective leadership/management
• Financially and commercially astute
• Team player who supports integrated, collaborative, multidisciplinary work
