• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the UK market, focusing on potential and existing customers.
• Create and execute business and regulatory plans for the UK, meeting operational goals.
• Identify leads from marketing efforts, communicate with, and manage local partners.
• Report market information promptly to headquarters.
• Coordinate with other departments to establish operational processes in the UK.
• Enhance brand awareness and promote product solutions in the UK.
• Provide excellent customer service and prompt responses to inquiries.

• At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales in molecular pathology or IVD markets.
• BSc or MSc in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology, Clinical Medicine; MBA or PhD is a plus.
• Good understanding of the UK molecular pathology market; international experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic and creative thinking with attention to detail and operational excellence.
• Motivated and energetic in seeking new business opportunities.
• Knowledge of selling imported products in Europe.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is preferred.
