A leading consulting firm in Greater London is seeking a Commercial Broker Development Manager to manage relationships with Partner Brokers and drive strategic growth. You will support the sales strategy, engage with key broker partners, and ensure compliance while achieving income targets. Qualifications

  • Experienced in managing and working within a field-based and/or an office-based sales team.
  • General knowledge of the Insurance market and legislation requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering strategic growth plans and effectively managing broker relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support Head of Sales & Distribution to develop and execute the overall growth strategy.
  • Lead and develop relationships with strategically important partner brokers.
