Group Learning & Development Coordinator — Hybrid Role
Job summary
A leading insurance brokerage in the UK is searching for a Group Learning & Development Coordinator to support employee training across its operations. This role includes managing CII training programs, technical training sessions, and employee support inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience in L&D or HR, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers a hybrid working environment after a probation period and an attractive benefits package including 27 days of holiday and a pension scheme.
