A leading hospitality brand based in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the management and operation of their service unit. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage costs effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume environment and possess an understanding of brand standards. Flexible working arrangements are offered for work-life balance, with a potential annual bonus up to 13%.

- Drive sales, unit budget and P&L, deliver brand standards, health & safety and recruitment.
- Drive consistent high quality customer service.
- Report to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance.
- An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs.
- An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards.
- An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail or catering brand environment.
- An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of tasks in an effective and timely manner.
