A nationwide healthcare provider is seeking a Deputy Care Manager in Birmingham to coordinate individual service assessments and implement service plans. The ideal candidate should have experience working with adults with autism and learning disabilities, excellent communication skills, and a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification. This role involves leading staff, ensuring high-quality care, and providing support to service users for a positive impact on their lives.

This primarily involves support using a person‑centred approach. Our support workers measure outcomes specifically to an individual’s needs and evidence using our person‑centred outcome‑measuring tool.
Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment. The disclosure expense will be met by the employer.
