Assistant Manager - £33,000 - 40 hours per week

As an Assistant Manager, you won't just Assist, you'll be a key part of our leadership team in store. You will be able to lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver KFC's world-famous fried chicken and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support the day to day management and operation of your unit and colleagues.
  • Drive sales, unit budget and P&L, deliver brand standards, health & safety and recruitment.
  • Drive consistent high quality customer service.
  • Report to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance.
Skills & Knowledge
  • An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs.
  • An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards.
  • An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail or catering brand environment.
  • An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of tasks in an effective and timely manner.
