A regional educational organization in Northern Ireland is seeking an experienced Assistant Building Supervisor to assist in supervising staff and ensuring the security and cleanliness of school premises. The ideal candidate has a minimum of six months' experience in a similar role and knowledge of health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include supervising cleaning activities, monitoring facility safety, and responding to emergencies.

- Minimum of six months’ experience working as an assistant building supervisor or caretaker.
- Ability to respond to call outs at short notice.
- Knowledge of security systems and manual handling regulations.
Responsabilités
- Assist in the supervision of staff and cleaning activities.
- Ensure security of the premises and report faults.
- Plan and control the work of cleaning staff to meet standards.
