Shift Pattern: 4 on/4 off, 12-hour shifts (rotating days and nights to support a 24/7 operation)

Are you an experienced engineering professional with a passion for leadership and innovation? We're looking for an Engineer Shift Leader to join our dynamic team at our Stafford site.

About the Role

As an Engineer Shift Leader, you'll lead a team of Engineering Technicians and Assistants, ensuring operational uptime and delivering technical projects that keep our fulfilment centre running smoothly. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll provide technical guidance, drive continuous improvement, and maintain safety and compliance standards.
