Team Leader - Children's Residential Home (Sleep-ins)
Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Team Leader for a children's residential home in Hatfield (AL10). In this role, you will lead a team of Residential Support Workers to deliver high-quality care to children and young people with emotional and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in a similar setting. This position offers a competitive wage of £14.00 to £15.00 per hour for a 40-hour work week with sleep-in shifts required, fostering a safe and supportive environment for children.
Qualifications
- Experience in a residential childcare setting is essential.
- Ability to support and mentor staff.
- Strong understanding of child development.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Residential Support Workers.
- Ensure the safety of children in care.
