• Minimum of six months’ experience working as an assistant building supervisor or caretaker.
• Ability to respond to call outs at short notice.
• Knowledge of security systems and manual handling regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security of the premises and report faults.
• Plan and control the work of cleaning staff to meet standards.
