Childrens Residential Team Leader
Job summary
A leading care provider in Brownhills is seeking compassionate individuals for the Residential Team Leader role. You will be responsible for meeting the needs of children in accordance with Ofsted standards, planning team rotas, and creating a safe environment. Ideal candidates should have at least six months of experience in children's residential care and be 21 or older. Skills
Meeting the needs of the Children and Young People in line with Ofsted regulations
Planning team rotas to supporting the Deputy and home manager in various meetings and appointments
Assisting the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
To carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager
To supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Residential Team Leaders! We are looking for Team Leaders who are caring and compassionate individuals with the desire to make a positive difference to the lives of our incredible children and young people through leading by example to other children's and young person's support workers., You MUST be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
Driving is essential due to locations of the homes
You must have at least six month's experience in Children's residential care

224 hours of paid annual leave per annum, rising to 240 hours after 5 years
Working on a rota basis - you will receive a monthly rota
This is a 365 day a year job, including Christmas, new year and all the fun holidays but it is even more fun when you celebrate with the children!
The shifts consist of long hours and sleep ins (which are essential) and the hours differ depending on which home you are based in, Refer a friend payment scheme
Enrolled on to a work place pension scheme after three months of employment
