Maintaining positive relationships with families, circles of support, and multi‑disciplinary teams is essential. This role offers the opportunity to build a strong staff team while embedding person‑centred support to achieve the best outcomes for our residents and the team as a whole.

The RCM at Andlaw House will be rewarding and present challenges. The diversity of the service will build your skill, knowledge and experience for any manager, providing a wealth of learning, variety and job satisfaction.
