Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as Senior Support Worker or Team Leader is essential.
  • Experience supporting children in Ofsted regulated residential settings.

Childrens Residential Team Leader (Waking Nights Only - x3 shifts per week 7.45pm-8.15am)

Salary: Up to 38,000 per annum (with progression to Deputy Manager 9am-5pm within 6 months)

Location: Tottenham, N15

Our client already holds a presence in the residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in residential homes for children who are supported with emotional and behavioural needs.

Recently receiving astounding record Ofsted ratings across their homes, they are dedicated to going the extra mile and providing the best support in the industry thus now aiming for "Outstanding" across all homes.

My client is looking for a Childrens Team Leader who will continue to drive that passion within their 3 bed residential childrens home and support the waking nights team for up to 6 months before becoming Deputy Manager at their new home which is currently awaiting Ofsted registration.   • Salary 38,000 per annum
  • Located in Tottenham, N15. Childrens Team Leader will support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.
