A leading maintenance services provider located in Greater London is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will manage trades and subcontractors, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate should have a valid UK manual driving licence, proven experience in repairs and maintenance, and strong customer service skills.
