A leading catering company is seeking a full-time Stores & Facilities Team Leader to support operations at The British Museum. This role involves overseeing stock management, supervising deliveries, and ensuring accuracy in dispatching orders to various locations. - Control and maintain stock for catering units.
- Supervise receipt and checking of deliveries.
- Ensure timely dispersion of unit orders.
- Support weekly stocktakes and manage discrepancies.
Skills
We are looking for a full-time Stores & Facilities Team Leader to join the Benugo team in The British Museum and to support the smooth running of our catering operation.
We Offer :
Rate : 14.20 per hour TRONC
Shifts : 5 days out of 7
Contract : Full Time
- Assist with controlling and maintaining stock for all catering units across four accounts within the Museum.
- Supervise receipt and checking of deliveries ensuring quality quantity and temperature checks are carried out accurately.
- Ensure all deliveries are promptly and accurately entered into internal systems.
- Oversee preparation and dispatch of unit orders to various Museum locations ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support weekly stocktakes with department managers and reconciles discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders shortages and substitutions when required.
