• Coordinating maintenance schedules and MOTs
• Managing inspection reports, service history, and compliance records
• Handling roadside breakdowns with speed and confidence
• Liaising with workshops, contractors, and suppliers to keep things moving
• Building great relationships with customers and partners - on the phone and in person
• Staying on top of admin, emails, and fleet tracking
