Job description

We are looking for a full-time Stores & Facilities Team Leader to join the Benugo team in The British Museum and to support the smooth running of our catering operation.

We Offer :

Rate : 14.20 per hour TRONC

Shifts : 5 days out of 7

Contract : Full Time

About the Stores & Facilities Team Leader role :
  • Assist with controlling and maintaining stock for all catering units across four accounts within the Museum.
  • Supervise receipt and checking of deliveries ensuring quality quantity and temperature checks are carried out accurately.
  • Ensure all deliveries are promptly and accurately entered into internal systems.
  • Oversee preparation and dispatch of unit orders to various Museum locations ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support weekly stocktakes with department managers and reconciles discrepancies.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders shortages and substitutions when required.
