A police organization in Tees Valley is seeking a Training Administrator to provide effective administrative support to the learning and development teams. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, manage their workload to meet deadlines, and deliver excellent customer service. This permanent role requires working collaboratively in a general office environment. Salary: Scale 3 - £25,242 - £26,703
Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Learning and Development Centre (LDC), Grangetown
Applications are invited for the post of Training Administrator based at the Learning and Development Centre in Grangetown.
In this post you will provide an effective administrative and business support service to the learning and development teams. As Training Administrator, you will support student officers and programme participants, deal with enquiries both internal and external and maintain effective information systems.
You will have experience of managing your own workload, in order to meet competing deadlines. It is essential that the post holder is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, and possesses accurate data inputting and keyboard skills. You will provide excellent customer service and have the ability to work as part of a successful, multi-disciplined team in a general office.
