All about the Role

Client Researchers lead on the follow up, tracking and engagement of young people in order to identify their situation for accurate statutory reporting. Client Researchers signpost young people for further support where needs are identified, this could include other Peterborough City teams including Targeted Support, Social Care, Youth Offending Service, or to external partners such as Health Services and Job Centre Plus.

All about our Team

We are looking to recruit a fixed term Client Researcher for 3 days a week (22.2 hours). This can be organised flexibly.

Working as part of the Client Researcher team within the Education, Employment and Training Service, you will track young people to establish their current situation and where necessary offer signposting to help them with their plans to move into employment, education or training.

You will use a variety of methods to contact young people directly. In addition to this you will build relationships with training providers, schools and colleges to gather information. The role will involve data inputting, which is a vital part of the tracking process. You will provide feedback to colleagues to identify situations when intervention from the EET Coaches may be necessary and assist in the input and collation of data for Management Information and production of reports.

The postholder would be required to work from home and from Sand Martin House.
