Job summary

A healthcare organization in Frimley is seeking a Departmental Trainer to support the training and development of staff in Specimen Reception and Data Entry. The successful candidate will deliver structured training on the Pathology Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and assist in the management of send-away tests. Qualifications include RSA 1 or equivalent and GCSEs in English and Maths, with at least one year of experience as a Medical Laboratory Assistant. This is a permanent position with hours from 16:00 to 22:00.

  • Experience in training or supervising staff in a laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured training to staff within Specimen Reception and Data Entry.

  • Maintain accurate training records.
