We are seeking a dedicated Biomedical Science Assistant (Higher level) to support the Scientific and Consultant teams in the department of Histopathology, based at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.
A Biomedical Science Assistant is an integral part of a pathology laboratory team. The role supports Biomedical Scientists in delivering a first class diagnostic service to medical professionals. This role is both challenging and rewarding. It is centred around ensuring patients receive the very best level of care in the analysis of their samples and the results that are produced. These results inform medical professionals on important decisions that they make regarding patient care.
