Rate: From £12.75- £13.75 per hour (Higher rate achieved by working Late Shift)

Shift Time:

Early shift- 07:00 - 15:00

Late shift - 13:00-21:00

The Best Connection are working in partnership with Harrods at their Thames Valley Distribution Centre based in Thatcham.

We are recruiting for Administrator to join a busy warehouse environment that supports Harrods flagship store in Knightsbridge as well as their online orders and boutique stores.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize Office 365 tools, particularly Excel, for data entry and analysis.
  • Work with the SAP system for stock management and tracking.
  • Work with the SAP system to complete and process customer returns.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks.
  • Adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Working effectively in a team and using initiative.
Requirements
  • Must have good Office 365 knowledge
  • Previous experience with administrative tools.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
