A government department in the UK is seeking candidates to provide administrative support and help progress cases through the court and tribunal systems. The ideal applicants will possess strong customer service skills, administration experience, and IT proficiency. Responsibilities include preparing court documents and maintaining records. The role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 60% in-office presence, alongside various benefits including annual leave and training opportunities.
Working as part of a team, you will contribute to the overall operational, performance and service standard targets across your area of work. You will progress cases through the court/tribunal system and provide administrative support to functions within HMCTS.
We are looking for individuals with customer service, administration, IT systems experience and strong attention to detail. Demonstrate your transferable skills, knowledge and experience in relation to the essential criteria outlined in the job description (customer service, administrative and IT experience, communication and organisational skills).
Hybrid working arrangements are available where business need allows. All employees are expected to spend a minimum of 60% of their working time in an office.
