A leading mental health service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Receptionist to offer administrative support within an adult mental health service. Key responsibilities include greeting patients, providing comprehensive administrative support, managing a busy switchboard, and maintaining care records. The ideal candidate will have GCSE level education with NVQ or equivalent experience, excellent customer service skills, and a confident telephone manner. We are looking to recruit a Receptionist / Administrative support role, based within an Adult Mental Health service. The post-holder will work within an integrated and skill mixed team, reporting to the Admin Team Coordinator and providing an effective and efficient reception and admin support service to clinicians and managers across the service.
Excellent customer service skills, previous reception/office experience and the ability to multi‑task under pressure and work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
