A prominent healthcare organization in Wigan is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support within the Community Mental Health Team. This role includes handling clinical correspondence, managing patient records, and coordinating information dissemination among team members. Strong communication and organizational skills are needed, alongside a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. To provide an efficient and effective administrative service within the Community Mental Health Team, to carry out all administrative tasks in relation to the role. This includes answering telephone calls to patients, relatives and various clinical staff and professionals to provide an efficient mental health service whilst carrying out a variety of administrative tasks as directed by your Line Manager.

The Trust mandates all post holders who require a DBS for their role to subscribe to the DBS Update Service. You will be required to enrol for this service for a fee of £16 per year and maintain registration throughout your employment with GMMH.

Saturday (midnight to midnight) and any week day after 8pm and before 6am. All time on Sundays and Public Holidays (midnight to midnight).
