LOCATION: Hybrid/Flexible. Working from the office in Kings Langley (WD4) and up to two days from home.

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst / Application Support Engineer supporting the organisation’s systems, data processes and digital tools.
As a Business Systems Analyst / Application Support Engineer you will help maintain core applications, troubleshoot issues and support colleagues in using systems effectively across the organisation.
Working as a Business Systems Analyst / Application Support Engineer you will contribute to system improvements, workflow automation and reporting to enhance operational efficiency and data insights.
Your duties as the Business Systems Analyst / Application Support Engineer include:
- Systems Support: Assist in managing and maintaining core business systems.
- System Administration: Provide user access management and resolve system issues.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- System Updates: Support updates, integrations and project rollouts.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain reports using Excel, Power Query and Power BI.
- Automation: Assist with workflow automation using Power Automate and PowerApps.
- User Support: Provide user support and training across the organisation.
- Data Quality: Support data quality initiatives and manage company mobile phones.
- Experience supporting business systems, ideally with SQL‑based ERP exposure.
