We’re looking for a detail-oriented reporting & analytics specialist to support our Customer Success team. Reporting to the CX Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting frameworks, analysing customer success metrics, implementing new procedures and helping the team make informed decisions that drive retention, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
