A leading medical assistance provider in the UK seeks an Assistance Support Case Manager for night shifts. You will help customers globally who encounter health issues while traveling. The ideal candidate should possess strong empathy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage stressful situations. This role is based in Portsmouth with opportunities for remote work after training. Full training is provided along with competitive benefits.

As an Assistance Support Case Manager, you work alongside a team of medical and travel professionals to help customers who become ill or injured on their travels.
You will learn to assess insurance cover, organise, and pay for medical treatment, transport, and accommodation, as well as mobilise a global network of agents and suppliers to provide local solutions, effect repatriations and medical evacuations.
