As a Customer Service Assistant (Games Host), you will be responsible for running our skill games whilst delivering excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that they have as much fun as possible playing our games!

• Run our skill games and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of guest interaction

• Great customer service and communication skills with a positive, outgoing personality
• Honest, reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
• Ability to offer good availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays)
• Ability to follow instructions and comply with all company standards
• Reliable transportation due to the location of the site
