In this role, you will assist customers with billing queries and problems, while building relationships and providing support. Salary: £25,087.00 (listed) with progression to £25,787.00? rising to £13,698.13 after 8 months? plus uncapped commission. Start Date: November 2025. Part Time: 20 hours per week (options for 25 or 30 hours). Shift pattern is evening work with end times around 9pm.

Join our Home Tech Team in Newcastle. You’ll talk with customers over the phone on Mobile Billing-related queries. You could be helping with simple billing questions or issues that require more ownership, and you’ll be there to support the customer throughout the process.
You don’t need specific experience to join us. Provided you are naturally helpful, calm, and can build relationships, we can train you on the rest.
