Overview

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the friendly face who welcomes our customers to our restaurant. Working predominantly in the dining area, you will be responsible for exceeding hospitality expectations, by making it special for all of our guests. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. You will need to complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction and follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.

  • Maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
  • Be friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful, and work well as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
  • Follow training, company guidelines and management direction; uphold workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
  • Represent McDonald’s values in daily interactions and contribute to providing a great customer and colleague experience.
  • Where applicable, comply with uniform provision and professional appearance as part of the role.
Qualifications
