We are looking for an Account Manager to be part of our success story.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team within a leading UK-based accident management company. This role is pivotal in maintaining and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality accident management services. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and grow account value. You will work closely with internal teams including operations, claims, and customer service to ensure seamless service and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned corporate and insurance clients.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
  • Monitor account performance, service levels, and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of services.
  • Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and present regular account reviews and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to support contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.
Skills And Experience
  • Experience in account management, ideally within accident management, insurance, automotive, or fleet services would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of motor claims processes and accident management services is highly desirable.
