Job summary

A growing financial services firm is seeking a Client Services Manager in Hertford. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of ISA, investment, and pension processes. Responsibilities include client communication, preparing documentation, and maintaining client files. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Competitive salary between £35,000-40,000 and opportunities for growth included.

A growing IFA firm is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a dynamic team where your expertise will directly shape client experience and operational excellence. This role offers the chance to make a measurable impact by ensuring smooth processes and compliance in a fast‑paced financial environment.

Responsibilities
  • Client communication and handling queries promptly and professionally
  • Preparing recommendation documentation and valuation reports
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant client files
  • Processing new business, fund switches and withdrawals
  • Submitting and tracking Letters of Authority and liaising with providers
  • Managing adviser workflows and supporting operational tasks
Skills / experience

You will bring at least two years' experience in an IFA or financial services environment, with a strong understanding of ISA, investment and pension processes. Confidence using CRM and back-office systems is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail will help you thrive in this role.
