A leading employability service provider in Exeter seeks an Employment Adviser to support individuals in overcoming barriers to employment. You will provide guidance, manage assessments, and develop tailored plans to assist participants in achieving their job goals. Ideal candidates will need a strong understanding of the local labour market and effective communication skills. The role offers opportunities for personal development and competitive benefits, including 25 days of annual leave and a robust pension scheme.

We’re currently recruiting for an Employment Adviser to join our amazing team. You will provide advice and support to guide and encourage participants to overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals.
37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm
