Sales Administrator – Poole, Dorset

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a well‑established company in Poole. This is a busy, varied role which will involve understanding customers' order requirements and ensuring that they are dispatched and received on time.

Job Details
  • Job Location: Poole, Dorset (Near Tower Park)
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Salary: £26,000 per annum + Quarterly bonus
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Responsibilities
  • Provide an excellent service and respond to customer enquiries.
  • Build rapport with customers and understand their requirements.
  • Put quotations together and check them with the customer.
  • Accurately process customer orders and communicate any delays.
  • Log all information on the database.

  • Previous experience in a sales admin / customer service role.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
  • Good use of computers.
  • Good level of administrative skills.
  • High level of accuracy is essential.
