Are you detail-driven, technically curious, and experienced in customer-facing or administrative roles within a regulated or technical environment?

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a specialist certification role, supporting the assessment of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) used across the UK and Europe. Ideal for someone with technical admin, technical customer service, laboratory support, or compliance-related experience, this role offers variety, responsibility, and long-term career development.

The Opportunity

You’ll join an established PPE Certification function operating internationally, working with colleagues and clients across multiple countries. The team plays a critical role in ensuring products meet strict UK and EU regulatory standards, enabling manufacturers to legally apply CE and UKCA markings.

This is a role where accuracy, organisation, and communication are just as important as technical understanding.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assessing PPE products against relevant standards and regulations
  • Reviewing technical documentation and preparing draft certification paperwork
  • Interpreting performance standards and regulatory requirements
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing clear guidance and progress updates
  • Working closely with internal technical and quality teams
  • Occasionally attending technical meetings or industry forums (UK and overseas)
