A well-established main contractor is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to oversee high-value projects in Central London. Responsibilities include full commercial leadership, financial reporting, budget management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial operations across different sectors, with a proven record on projects valued £50m-£150m. - Preparation of financial reports and cost plans.
- Budget management across work packages.
- Commercial risk identification and mitigation.
- Advising on procurement strategies.
- Oversight of subcontractor management.
- Leading client interface and stakeholder engagement.
