Job description

Do you enjoy working in sales, confident in meeting people in person, have ability to provide an excellent customer service and capability to offer products to help find the perfect made-to-measure solution for their homes If so, this role could be for you!

You ll attend pre-booked, in-home appointments to understand each customer s needs and provide tailored recommendations from a bespoke premium range. You will also meet customers in the show room demonstrating goods, converting sales and booking appointments to attend an in person measure.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as most of your time will be spent visiting clients in their homes where a company vehicle will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home consultations, identifying customer needs and providing tailored product solutions
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of the product range confidently and professionally
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively
  • Manage website leads and achieve a high conversion rate from supplied appointments
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Process sales transactions accurately
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Take part in ongoing training to develop sales techniques and product expertise
Experience and Skills
  • Previous experience in measuring/estimating and sales closing is ideal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, friendly, and professional with a customer-first attitude
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Confident computer user with attention to details

Working Hours
