Job Description:

Working as part of the Sales team and collaborating closely with the Senior National Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Agreeing and delivering strong business and promotional plans with key customers across multiple channels to maximize sales during key trading periods.
  • Managing the P&L of assigned accounts and achieving value, volume, and profit targets.
  • Building cross-functional relationships with key customer contacts including buying, supply, trade planners, and shopper marketing teams.
  • Handling daily tasks such as new line setup, EPOS and invoice tracking using retailer systems.
  • Collaborating with supply and operations teams to ensure accurate customer forecasts, including new launches, base, promo, and feature activities.
  • Working with the category team to develop engaging sell-in stories for new products and distribution opportunities.
  • Partnering with shopper marketing teams to create impactful in-store and online displays and features.
  • Visiting stores regularly to ensure activity execution and to monitor retailer and competitor trends.
  • Supporting the Sales Team with weekly reporting and maintaining key documents for broader business use.

This role requires taking ownership of key discounters and high street accounts, with opportunities to seek and win new business in an innovative, fun, office environment.
