Role Overview

We seek a highly experienced Senior Strategic Account Manager capable of leading and growing high-value accounts. This role demands a strategic thinker and relationship builder who can engage with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategic direction and growth of key accounts, ensuring sales targets are met and client relationships are strong.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts, aiming for double and triple-digit growth through a consultative approach.
  • Executive Engagement: Build relationships at the highest levels within client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and provide insights to influence client strategies.
  • High-Impact Engagement: Maintain proactive communication, including in-person visits, to engage senior clients effectively.
  • CRM Mastery: Use Salesforce.com to manage client interactions, track engagement, and analyze data for strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaboration across global teams to support client needs and organizational synergy.
