• Proactively follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into sales orders.
• Work closely with the estimating team to develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
• Cultivate relationships with existing, past, and potential customers.
• Drive business growth by enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless product/service delivery.
• Address client concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Confidently present offerings as the best-fit solution for customers\' needs in quality, pricing, and delivery.

• Proven experience in an industrial sales office or account management role.
• Background in engineering, manufacturing, or sheet metal is a strong advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Results-driven with a solid grasp of the full sales process.
• Professional, courteous, and committed to honest communication.
• Embraces innovation and change with a forward-thinking mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
