Job summary

A leading automotive dealership in Epping is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Executive. The main responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, exceeding sales targets, and effectively following up on sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a solid sales background in the automotive industry and excellent communication skills. The position offers a basic salary of £22,000 and OTE between £55,000 and £75,000 once probation is completed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position preferred, but not essential.
  • Solid sales background in the Automotive industry.
  • Must possess a valid Driving License and a full motorcycle license.
  • Excellent communication skills, both telephone and face-to-face.

Automotive Sales Executive - Epping

Salary: Basic £22,000, OTE £55,000 - £75,000 plus Car Scheme once probation is completed - NO Company Car Included

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday with a day off in the week, 1 in 3 Sundays on rota.

Experienced Automotive Sales Executive required for this well established and highly successful Main Dealership.

Responsibilities
  • Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, building relationships and loyalty so customers come back time and time again
  • Strive to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
  • Proactive use of database for customer follow ups in order to maximise sales
  • Accomplish maximum profitability from vehicle and accessory sales
  • Enthusiastic Interest towards ongoing training and development, ensuring all relevant technical, product, legal and promotional information is obtained and understood
  • Chasing progress on sold orders
Qualifications
  • Experience of working within a similar position is preferred although not essential.
  • Have a solid sales background in the Automotive industry
  • Self-motivated and dedicated individual
  • Customer service orientated who really wants to achieve or overachieve their sales objective
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Must have a Driving License
  • A full motorcycle license is required
  • Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills
