Car Sales Executive

Basic £25k, Realistic OTE of £50k+

Leatherhead Area

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proven and successful Sales Executive to join a busy dealership environment, offering a basic salary of £25,000 plus commission and holiday pay, with realistic on-target earnings of £60,000+ for achieving sales of around 180 cars per year alongside strong finance and product sales.

This role also comes with a company car, fuel allowance from home to work, and a supportive rota system ensuring work-life balance with a day off in lieu each week for working Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Proactively generating finance and product sales to maximise earnings
• Building long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Accurately managing all documentation and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in vehicle sales
• Strong finance and product sales background
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
• Full UK driving licence

Salary and Benefits

• Basic Salary: £25,000
• On-Target Earnings: £60,000+ (uncapped commission)
• Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Sat 8.30am-5pm, Sun & Bank Hols 10am-4pm (on rota, approx. 1 in 3)
• Day off in lieu each week for Saturday working
• Benefits: Company car, fuel allowance, commission holiday pay
