Salary: £26,598 - £31,231 per annum

Our client, a well-established and highly respected retailer within the tools and construction equipment sector, is seeking a Customer Relations Advisor to join their busy contact centre. Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service across phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Recommending products that best meet customer needs (training provided).
  • Identifying opportunities for additional sales such as promotional items or product add-ons.
  • Maintaining strong product knowledge through training and continuous learning.
  • Efficiently managing administrative tasks with accuracy and speed.
  • Building relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
  • Customer-focused, confident, and motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both telephone and written.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Positive, helpful, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Experience in a contact centre or retail environment is an advantage, though not essential.
  • Knowledge of power tools/hand tools would be a plus, but full training is provided.
