Overview

Fantastic opportunity for a Luxury Retail Sales Manager or Luxury Sales Consultant to work within this prestigious luxury retail store in Newark. This is a luxury environment, with a high-ticket, creative product that retails in the thousands of pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in a luxury environment with consultative selling approaches.
• React to store footfall with proactive, high-quality service and closing opportunities.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls during slower periods to generate additional sales.
• Utilise the CRM database to build relationships and drive repeat business.
• Maintain a high standard of customer care in a luxury, high-ticket product environment.
• Work weekends as required and contribute to a 5-day rota.

• Experience in luxury retail sales or premium/high-end product environment.
• Commercial and target-oriented approach with strong consultative selling skills.

Salary and Benefits

The advertised salary is a combination of basic salary and commission potential: Sales Consultant up to £25K basic, Manager up to £30K basic, with additional commission/bonuses.
