As a Project Coordinator, you’ll provide vital project management and administrative support across internal and client-facing projects in scientific areas such as:

• Medical Communications
• Value & Access
• Evidence Development
• Rare Diseases
• MedTech
• Health Policy

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing delivery of scientific content and coordinating timelines
• Formatting, quality control, and referencing of key healthcare documents
• Supporting in-person and virtual events, meetings, and congresses
• Communicating with clients and healthcare professionals
• Assisting with internal process improvements and divisional initiatives
• Coordinating logistics with external suppliers and creative teams
• Tracking compliance documentation and supporting proposal development

This role is ideal for science graduates who are highly organized and excited about evidence-based medicine. You do not need prior experience — full training is provided.

• A 2:1 degree or above (or equivalent) in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biochemistry, Global Health, Public Health)
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written English
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Effective verbal communication across diverse teams
• A genuine interest in healthcare and scientific project delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Must meet UK Skilled Worker visa criteria
  (e.g., under 26, recent UK graduate, or holding a PhD in STEM)

• £35,000 starting salary
