We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1-to-1 Primary School Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team to support children with individual needs providing specialist support to further the child’s progress in learning and ensure they receive the same teaching and care as others.
As a 1-to-1 Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and emotional development of a child with special needs or challenging behavior. Working closely with the class teacher and special educational needs coordinator (SENCO), you will create a positive and inclusive learning environment tailored to the individual needs of the student.
