Job description

We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our small, friendly and diverse team. This role involves supporting our busy and vibrant day-to-day operations across our remote business to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Remote working

Number of hours per week: 37

The remuneration for the full-time role is £22,200.

Pension offered

25 days holiday per year with bank holidays in England as additional leave (FTE)

CLOSING DATE 5th JANUARY 2026

Responsibilities Include
  • Handling queries, emails, online booking requests and phone calls
  • Scheduling Zoom and Teams meetings, webinars, events and training courses
  • Maintaining calendar appointments
  • Managing systems, databases, and online records
  • Document management including PowerPoint and large word files
  • Assisting with marketing on social media
  • Preparation of marketing and membership e-newsletters
  • Providing support for various administrative tasks as needed
  • Occasional attendance in person networking, training events and conferences
Requirements
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint), Zoom and Teams
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlinesStrong teamwork ethos
  • Previous administrative experience is helpful, but not essential

We work across the legal and local government sectors, engaging with lawyers working in local authorities on training, development, campaigns, and networking.
