Job summary

A leading staffing agency is seeking a Stock Co-ordinator to join their busy production team in Bristol. The role involves supporting the Manager to achieve SLA targets, managing workflow in the absence of Short Run Managers, and ensuring high standards of quality. Candidates should have experience as a Print/Machine Operator and strong planning skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including on-site parking. The work location is in person.

  • Support the Manager in achieving 100% SLA performance.
  • Manage personnel to maintain workflow/SLA performance.

  • Attend production meetings as required.
  • Highlight inefficiencies and collaborate on solutions.
  • Liaise with various departments as necessary.
  • Ensure quality of output to high standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the SRF area.

Job description

We are looking for Stock Co-ordinator to join our busy production team in Bristol.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Manager, assisting in achieving 100% SLA performance in the implementation of the Enclosing plan.
  • Managing SRF personnel to ensure workflow/SLA performance is maintained in the absence of Short Run Short Managers.
  • Escalates any issues to the Short Run Manager.
  • Attend twice daily Production meetings as and when required
  • Highlight any inefficiency within the SRF area to the Short Run Manager and work together to resolve.
  • Liaise with Warehouse, Production Admin, Print and Mail, Quality, Client Services and other departments as necessary.
  • Ensure the quality of output is to Paragon’s high standards, reporting any concerns or issues to the Short Run Managers.
  • Ensure the SRF area is clean and tidy at all times in line with supporting health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
